Automatic Data Deletion

Self-Service Option

You can delete your data directly from your account dashboard:

  1. Login to your ChatBot Pro account at https://chatbot-pro.shop/login
  2. Navigate to ProfileDanger Zone
  3. Click "Delete Account" button
  4. Confirm deletion when prompted
  5. Receive confirmation email once deletion is complete

Manual Data Deletion Request

Email Request

If you cannot access your account, you can request data deletion via email:

Send email to: chatbotproservice@gmail.com

Include the following information in your request:

  • Full name associated with the account
  • Email address used for registration
  • Company name (if applicable)
  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

What Data We Delete

When you request data deletion, we permanently remove:

  • Account Information: Email, company name, profile data
  • Platform Credentials: API tokens, connection settings
  • Conversation History: All message logs and chat history
  • Customer Data: Phone numbers, user IDs from your conversations
  • Analytics Data: Usage statistics and performance metrics
  • Billing Information: Subscription history and payment records
